Yes — domain registration and the first year of hosting are included in every website package. Renewals from year 2 are paid annually (typically R150 – R250/year for a .co.za, hosting at R600 – R1 200/year depending on the package), or rolled into a Care Plan.
A logo concept draft is included in the Launch registration package. Custom logos start at R650. We can also handle business cards, social media templates and printed material on request.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions. We're happy to keep working until it's right. If we can't agree, our Service Agreement sets out a clear cancellation and refund process — no hidden penalties.
Standard terms are 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. Bundles can be split into 3 monthly instalments at +5%. Retainers run on monthly debit order or EFT.
